Today's photo shoot- vive la France!

Well was most amused today to meet up with a very dynamic and expressive french model whom i proceed to photo like there was no tommorrow. The whole french thing got me thinking of "Ceci n'est pas une pipe" - this is not a pipe, painting that i

s very famous. also did a pic with a quote from an Arthur Miller play. and then my trademark pink clouds with the french lady.

Well looking forward to my weekend, an old friend is coming down.

Photoshoot day 2

Here are some of my latest creations. My abilities in corel photopaint are improving all the time. One day I shall be the master and the master will be the student. Until of course the master who became the student will become the master of the student of the master... haha!

I really liked this model, she had a certain "je ne sais crois", and expressed the emotions I wanted to show to others.

Quote of the day "Great minds think alike, but fools never differ", that's what a friend of mine who died once said. We used to do sesame street parodies, for example, and this is a great one to use, if someone makes fun of you, then you simply say "one crap joke.. hahaha... two crap jokes... hahaha... I love to count crap jokes... hahaha" (as the count from sesame street would say).

Anyway still waiting for my images to upload on blogger. oh what a bother! These digital art photos (or DAP, someone who makes digital art photos being called "DAPPer") are more developed in ideas that the first set which were mainly about a woman hugging a tree... well you could make something out of that... but these ones had a bit more thematic stuff. One of the photos is about loneliness as a woman looks into a mirror and sees a different reflection, while grasping an empty champagne glass... it's about waiting for one's other half to return, perhaps after a fight, while ideas of infidelity and troubled fears of losing someone close to you swim around you like a ship sailing in the ocean... wow, now I can really bullshit with the best of them.. hahaha is thinking something you are not meant to do?

Love to hear any ideas anyone has for other stuff to do. Art should be democratic so I'm happy to do requests. God is a DJ after all.

I particularly like the keats poem in SMS texting language here...
